Béton Capital was founded by Alexandre Courtaud and officially launched in 2020.

Alexandre is the company's CEO, responsible for the strategic direction and operations of the business. Alexandre, who sits on the board of Béton Capital, is also a private real estate investor and was previously CEO of AF Solutions, an insurance and investment advisory firm. Alexandre studied law at the Université Paris-Dauphine in Paris, France.

Béton Capital was then joined by private shareholders active in investment property.
